Josh & Taylor’s Montana Love Story

When Josh proposed to Taylor, I knew immediately we had to celebrate their engagement with a photography session in Glacier National Park. Taylor isn’t just any bride-to-be—she used to be my daughter’s daycare teacher and is truly one of the kindest souls I’ve ever met. Josh was already a favorite among the kids when he’d visit, and although I hadn’t met him until this shoot, I felt like I already knew him through the stories my daughter had shared.

Josh and Taylor have walked through a season of loss and challenge, making this moment even more meaningful. As a Montana engagement photographer, my goal is always to create space for couples to connect, and this session was about more than just pretty photos—it was about reminding them of their strength, love, and future. Glacier National Park gave us the perfect, peaceful backdrop to help them breathe, laugh, and just be together.

Driving through the park with them, joking and exploring together, it became clear how deep their connection is. Their photos reflect that rare kind of love that holds steady in the hardest times—a love that’s both magnetic and enduring. I can’t wait to capture their wedding day soon and continue telling their story.
