The Experience:
This isn’t just a photoshoot. It’s a feeling.
It’s wind in your hair, dirt on your boots, golden light spilling over the horizon. It’s the deep breath before the laughter, the in-between glances, the quiet kind of magic you didn’t even realize was happening.
I don’t just show up with a camera. I guide you through an experience that feels natural, effortless, and wildly true to you. From the first conversation to the final gallery, every piece is designed with intention, so you feel confident, comfortable, and completely yourselves.
Because the moments we’re capturing? They deserve more than stiff poses and surface-level smiles.
They deserve adventure. Connection. Presence.
And that’s exactly what we’re going to create together. So Let’s Dive into the process.
SUBMIT YOUR INQUIRY
I recommend reaching out about six months before your date so we have plenty of time to dream, plan, and create something beautiful together. When you inquire, share a little about your vision — the location, the feeling, the kind of day you’re imagining.
From there, I’ll send over my availability, answer any questions you have, and we’ll start shaping the details.
For weddings and elopements, I love connecting face-to-face, whether that’s over coffee or on a video call. It’s important to me that we click, that I understand your story, and that you feel completely confident moving forward.
Once we’ve settled on your date and coverage, I’ll send over your contract and a retainer invoice to officially reserve your spot on my calendar.
And then the real fun begins!
2. PLAN YOUR SESSION
Once you’re officially booked, you’re not just on my calendar — you’re in my corner.
My inbox I always open, and you’ll have unlimited access to me while we plan and create your timeline. Whether you need help choosing the perfect ceremony spot, navigating permits, or dreaming up the most epic corner of Glacier for your portraits, I’m here for it. I know this place deeply, and I love sharing it.
Traveling in from out of town? I’ll happily send over my favorite local stays, cozy coffee shops, incredible dinner spots, and hidden gems so your entire trip feels just as magical as your day.
Because this isn’t just about photos, it’s about the whole experience.
3. SOAK IN THE ADVENTURE
As your day approaches, I’ll check in to make sure you’re feeling grounded, excited, and completely ready. Any last-minute questions? Logistics? Nerves? I’m here for all of it.
When session day finally arrives, you don’t have to worry about a thing. You just get to be present with your lover.. I will use prompts to guide you into natural poses that feel like you.
We’ll wander, explore, and lean into the landscape around us, sometimes slipping away to quiet corners and breathtaking views that feel like they were made just for you. Nothing rushed.
No forced poses. Just laughter, connection, and the freedom to soak in every second of your day.
This is your adventure. You deserve to enjoy every second of it.
4. YOUR STORY, FOREVER
Even after the day ends, the moments linger: vivid, joyful, and unforgettable. I make sure they’re safe, cherished, and ready to be relived.
Every image is carefully backed up in multiple places, then I dive into editing, curating your gallery, squealing over my favorite moments as I flip through every image, one by one, sharing sneak peeks as I go so you can feel the joy, laughter, and love all over again.
About 4–6 weeks later, your full gallery arrives, a treasure trove of quiet glances, happy tears, laughter, and every fleeting, beautiful moment that made your day uniquely yours. With unlimited downloads, you can revisit, share, and relive these memories again and again, keeping the magic alive for a lifetime.
And it doesn’t stop there. You’ll have the option to add print orders, or my personal favorite — a custom-designed coffee table album. Imagine flipping through your love story, revisiting the most meaningful moments, and sparking conversations about your wedding day every time friends and family come over. Your gallery isn’t just a collection of images, it’s a living memory, a story to hold onto forever.
